Heard Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant amongst other grounds, is seeking bail on the ground of parity. He relies on the order dated 20th June 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2163 of 2024, wherein the co-accused in Crime No. 707 of 2023, has been released on bail. He relies on paragraph no. 8 of the said order, wherein this Court has made observation with regards to the prima facie doubt in context of the contraband seized. He submits that the Applicant is a co-accused in the very crime, would be entitled to bail on the ground of parity. 2.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent disputes the contentions raised by Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant and submits that the Gitalaxmi
