ii) The applicant is directed to be released on regular bail in connection with Crime Register No.755 of 2021 registered with Lokmanya Tilak Marg Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468,, 471, 406, 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 120-B read with Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, upon furnishing a cash surety in the amount Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only);
