In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is suffering from liver cancer, by order dated 04.04.2025, I had directed to obtain report from Tata Memorial Hospital. Pursuant to the said order, the learned A.P.P. has tendered the report from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. The said report reads thus: "To follow up with transplant team and to refer outside for the same as Transplant facility is not available at Tata Memorial Centre Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer".

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the concerned authorities are directed to take the applicant to Reliance Hospital, Mumbai for further tests and investigation. 4.

The applicant shall bear the charges for tests and investigation.

The learned A.P.P. shall submit the report in relation to the health condition of the present applicant on or before the next date.

List the application on 2nd May, 2025.
