Heard Mr. Solkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

Applicant stands indicted for the offences punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of IPC. He has been in incarceration for the past 4 years & 4 months. 3.

Mr. Solkar would draw my attention to the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1262/2024 which is appended at page Nos. 231-235 of the Application and would contend that role of the present Applicant who is the co-accused in the same crime is identical to that of the accused person who has been enlarged on bail. He would also submit that co-accused was enlarged on bail on the ground of his long incarceration pending trial despite

Hence, he would submit that ignominy of the Applicant pending trial and the fact that the trial would not be completed within the next foreseeable future be considered for allowing the present Application for bail on parity.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions on the veracity of the aforesaid submissions made by Mr. Solkar and appraise the Court accordingly on the next adjourned date. 5.
