The applicant came to be arrested in connection with Crime No.42/2023 registered with Yashodhara Nagar Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 75 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice Act. 3.
Sub Inspector attached to the Yashodhara Nagar Police Station lodged the report stating that he has received information that during remand of accused in Crime No.639/2022 Yogeshkumar Prajapati informed the police that in the month of July, 2022 his wife delivered 5th child at General Hospital, Wardha. Since the couple was
poor and having 4 children, the co-accused with the help of present applicant sold said daughter to Sweety Gajbhiye for Rs.60,000/-. On the basis of this information, aforesaid crime came to be registered. 4.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 905/2025 this Court has granted bail to one Farzana @ Anjum Ansar Qureshi. He submits that case of present applicant is also standing on the same footing, and therefore, prays for grant of bail. 5.
The learned A.P.P. conceded to this fact and submits that the case of present applicant also stands on the same footing as of Farzana Ansar Qureshi.

In this view of the matter, for the reasons recorded in the order passed by this Court on 27.11.2025 in Criminal Application No.905/2025, and adopting the same, I am inclined to grant bail to the present applicant. Hence the following order.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.
(ii) The applicant /accused Sima Parveen Abdul Rauf Ansari be released on regular bail in connection with Crime No.42/2023 registered
with Yashodhara Nagar Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 75 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice Act on her furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
(iii) The accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
(iv) The accused shall provide her residential address and cell number to Police Station concerned and shall not change her place of residence without prior intimation to the Investigating Agency.
(v) The accused shall attend each and every date of trial regularly. If she fails to attend the trial for two consecutive dates, or fails to comply with the aforesaid conditions, her default would entail the State to ask for cancellation of bail. (vi) The above observations are prima facie in nature, and restricted for the purpose of deciding this application. The Trial Court shall not get itself influenced by said observations, during the course of trial.
