Mr. Sumit Kate, learned Advocate for the Applicant moves a praecipe dated 25th June, 2025 seeking correction of typographical error in Paragraph No. 6(a) of the order dated 5th June, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1448 of 2025. 3.

Perusal of the record indeed discloses a typographical error in mentioning the crime number and police station in paragraph 6(a).

In view of the above, praecipe is allowed. Paragraph No. Talwalkar

P-1.BA1448.2025.odt 6(a) in the order dated 5th June, 2025 be deleted and substituted by paragraph as referred to in praecipe dated 25th June, 2025 which reads as under :

"6 (a) The Applicant Balkrishna Shantaram Desai be released on bail in connection with C.R.No. 36/2025 at the Bangar Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the offences u/s. 109 (1) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 on furnishing of P.R. bond in sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Court, Dindoshi Mumbai in respect of Sessions Case No. 205/2025"

Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
