Heard Mr. Jagtap, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant is indicted under Sections 376, 376-D, 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the outset, Mr. Jagtap would persuade the Court to allow to implead the victim through concerned Police Station as Respondent No.2. Applicant is permitted to implead victim as party through the Senior Inspector of Police, of concerned Police Station as Respondent No.2. Amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

In view of the above, issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed

The consent of Respondent No.2 shall be apprised o the Court on the next adjourned date through the learned APP. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out before the next adjourned date. 7.
