The matter is mentioned for speaking to the minute. It appears that in the order dated 27.01.2026 passed in criminal application (BA) No.1449/2025, one line is missing in respect of P.R. Bond and solvent surety in clause (ii) of the operative order, hence it be read as:- "on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount."
