DATE : APRIL 09, 2025 P.C.
:
1.
Heard Mr. Kamble, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent.
2.
One of the grievance expressed by Mr. Kamble is that trial has been stalled for past six months despite having commenced and in that view of the matter incarceration of Applicant for 3 years and 7 months be considered by the Court for grant of bail. 3.
Prima facie, it is seen that there are two Accused persons in the matter but role of co-accused who has been enlarged on bail is far more lesser than Applicant before me.
4.
Learned APP would persuade me to consider gravity of crime and heinousness in which crime was committed for consideration of Bail Application.
18.BA.1450.2025.doc 5.
Learned APP is directed to apprise precise status of trial as on today and precise role of Applicant to enable the Court to consider the Bail Application of Applicant.
6.
Stand over to 18th June, 2025.
