Applicant before me is arraigned as Accused No.2 in the present crime. He is incarcerated in prison for past 7 years 3 months 4 days.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent would persuade the Court to allow him to take appropriate instructions and file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply considering the indictment of Applicant is under the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act, 1999 (for short 'MCOC Act').

At his request, prosecution is directed by this Court to file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of one week from today considering
