Heard Mr. Takle, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State. 2.

This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.685 of 2023 registered with Goregaon Police Station for the 370-A, 370(3), 372 and 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'); Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.

There are 3 Accused persons in the crime. Accused No.1 is Applicant in Bail Application No.1465 of 2025.

Ms. Bajoria, learned APP informs the Court that Accused No.2 is Applicant in Bail Application No.2245 of 2024 whereas Accused No.3 is Applicant in Bail Application No.1486 of 2025. 5.

In order to have convenience present Bail Application No.1465 of 2025 is directed to be tagged alongwith Bail Application No.2245 of 2024 and Bail Application No.1486 of 2025. All the three Bail Applications are directed to be shown together on the next adjourned date.

Ms. Bajoria also informs the Court that this Court has issued notice in Bail Application No.2245 of 2024 and on compliance of directions contained in the order passed on 07.04.2025, that Bail Application has been kept for hearing on 15.04.2025 under the caption for "directions and compliance".

In that view of the matter, issue notice to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Bail Application No.1465 of 2025. Humdast permitted. 8.

Mr. Bajoria, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

Additional copy of the Bail Application shall be filed with the State by the appointed Advocate for Applicant. 10.

In addition thereto, one spare copy of the Application shall be given to the Investigating Officer directly who is directed by this

Court to depute a responsible lady officer and take Respondent Nos.2 and 3's consent for their legal representation before the Court, the same shall be apprise the Court through the learned APP on the next adjourned date when further order will be passed. 11.

Let the aforesaid exercise be completed on or before 15th April, 2025.

List the present Bail Application and Bail Application No.1486 of 2025 alongwith Bail Application No.2245 of 2024 on 15th April 2025. To be listed under the caption 'For Directions and Hearing'.
