Perused the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Bail Application No.1465 of 2025. Today all 3 Bail Applications are listed together.

At the outset, in so far as Bail Application No.1486 of 2025 is concerned, issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. 4.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State in Bail Application No.1486 of 2025. 5.

In addition thereto, one spare copy of the Application shall be given to the Investigating Officer directly who is directed by this Court to depute a responsible lady officer and obtain Respondent No.2's consent for legal representation to the Court, the same shall be apprised to the Court through the learned APP on the next adjourned

date when further order will be passed.

Let the aforesaid exercise be completed on or before the next adjourned date.

Today, Mr. Singh, learned Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the minor victim. He would submit that he has received instructions and will file his vakalatnama to represent and espouse the cause of the minor victim in all three Bail Applications. Registry is directed to accept the said vakalatnama of the learned Advocate within a period of one week from today.

It is prima facie seen that there are 3 victims in the present case. Three Bail Applications are filed by 3 other co-accused arraigned in the same crime.

In so far as the second victim is concerned namely victim who is major, learned Prosecutor would submit that he has received instructions from the Investigating Officer to inform the Court that she is untraceable. In that view of the matter, hearing of the Applications cannot be protracted any further in order to ensure that the said victim namely major victim is also represented. This Court deems it fit to appoint an Advocate through Legal Aid to represent and espouse the cause of major victim in the 3 Bail Applications. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to appoint Ms. Priyanka B. Chavan, Advocate practicing in this Court (Mobile No.7303713388), through the High

Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court to represent and espouse the cause of major victim forthwith.
