The Interim Application has been filed by Applicant in criminal bail application No. 2245 of 2024 seeking release on interim bail in view of the demise of her 16 year old daughter. In view of the long incarceration of Applicant, the Court proposes to take up all bail applications for hearing together. A copy of the Interim Application is given to Learned Prosecutor.
