Mr. Suryawanshi, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that Applicant is indicted and is incarcerated since 14.01.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 201 of IPC and he has already undergone a substantial part of the sentence. 3.

Learned Prosecutor appearing in the matter shall take cognizance of the submissions made by learned Advocate for Applicant and ascertain the veracity of the same from the chargesheet and record of the case and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
