Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is behind bar for more than 3 1⁄2 years and there is no progress in the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded within six months.
