After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Zoheb Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months if the the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty. 2.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court, if so desired. 17th February 2026
