After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the reliefs, Mr. Mihir Govilkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a year, if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission to withdraw with the said liberty is granted.
