Applicant is indicted for offences punishable under Sections of 64(2)(d), 333, 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and prosecutrix being a major, Applicant is directed to implead the prosecutrix as Respondent No.2 to the present Application. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed to serve a copy of this order and copy of the Application on the Investigating Officer directly. 4.

Ms. Bajoria, learned APP appears in this present matter and waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Investigating Officer is directed by this Court to depute a responsible lady Police Officer to serve copy on Respondent No.2 and obtain her consent as to whether she requires legal representation through legal aid.
