After the matter was heard and the order was dictated in the open court, however before the order was signed, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. Shailesh Chavan as well as learned APP, Mrs. Kranti T. Hiwrale for the State pointed out that the notice issued to respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 by my predecessor's bench were not served. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner as well as the learned APP states that the earlier order may not be signed/recalled and the applicant be granted time to serve the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. 1/3

Time of 3 weeks is granted to serve the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. The order pronounced in the open Court, though not signed by me; is recalled.

At this juncture, learned APP pointed out that the present Bail Application was filed on 27th March 2025 by the applicant. Later on the applicant has filed another application for bail on 17th April 2025 and the same is registered as Bail Application No.3112 of 2025. She states that the learned counsel for the applicant has not pointed out to this court. Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that he is not aware of filing of the Bail Application No.3112 of 2025. It is filed through legal aid. In any event, since the present Bail Application No.1500 of 2025 is filed prior in point of time and notices were issued in the same filing of the present Bail Application cannot be faulted with. The learned APP however to point out to the court as well as to the office of the legal aid committee about filing of the subsequent Bail Application No.3112 of 2025 by the same applicant, so as to enable the High Court Legal Aid Committee to take appropriate steps. 2/3
