After some arguments, when I was not inclined to allow the Bail Application, Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if the trial does not progress substantially. 2.

Ms.Gotad, learned APP states that the deposition of the victim has already been recorded and there are only 15 more witnesses to be examined. She also submits that trial is likely to conclude in the foreseeable future. 17th September 2025

In these circumstances, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed.
