Mr. Shailesh Kharat, learned Advocate for the Applicant mentions the matter by filing a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 27th June 2025, seeking correction of typographical error. It is his contention that the R.C.C. Number in the order dated 27th June 2025 is wrongly typed as 155, instead of 115.

Perusal of the order dated 27th June 2025 indicates that in Paragraph Nos. 3 and 12(d) of the order, R.C.C. Number is wrongly typed as 155, instead of 115.

In view of the above, the said typographical error in Paragraph Nos. 3 and 12(d) of the order dated 27th June 2025, needs to be corrected as "115" instead of "155". Gitalaxmi

Order dated 27th June 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.
