It is informed by the learned Advocate for the applicant that despite order of this Court, only two witnesses have been examined.

Considering the age of the applicant, nature of charges, and the age of victim, it was expected from the learned Court to comply with the order in its letter and spirit. 3.

Hence, he shall submit his detailed explanation to this Court within two weeks from today.
