Ms. Poonam Bhosale, submits that the trial has already commenced, five witnesses have already been examined, and four are yet to be examined. She further submits that, in all, there are only nine witnesses, which the prosecution intends to examine.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Bhosale, Mr. Viral Mukte, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 28th January 2026

Since the trial has commenced and the Applicant is in custody from 6th March, 2021, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of four months, from the date on which this order is placed before it.
