By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.283 of 2024 under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 3(5), 351(2), 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Arms Act registered with Kadegaon, Police Station, Sangli. 3.
Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe dated 23rd July, 2025 seeking withdrawal of the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court in the event of change in circumstance.
