Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Newton, learned APP for Respondent and Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for First Informant.

Applicant is incarcerated in prison since past 8 months 22 days for offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. 3.

In that view of the matter, prosecution is directed to file its Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

First Informant is represented by Mr. Deshmukh. He seeks to intervene. He would submit that he has instructions to file Intervention Application. If any such Intervention Application is filed,
