Mr. Prashant Raul, learned Advocate for the Applicant, points out to the order dated 27th September, 2024 by which this Court had granted liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of there being no progress in the trial. Mr. Prashant Raul therefore craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court in its order dated 27th September, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3025 of 2024. Request made by Applicant is not objected to by Mr. P. H. Gaikwad, learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted vide order dated 27th September, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3025 of 2024. 3.
