Today, learned Prosecutor would inform the Court that since indictment of Applicant is under provisions of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act and Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, I am not convinced with the reason given by learned Prosecutor in view of overlapping of BUDS and MPID Act.

Learned Prosecutor is directed to consider the questions raised by Court in order dated 21.04.2025 and accordingly apprise the

Present Bail Application is directed to be tagged and listed alongwith Bail Application No.4825 of 2025 on Board on 30th April, 2025 (F.O.B.).
