Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, on instructions, submits that three witnesses are already examined and there are in all 26 witnesses which the prosecution intends to examine. The next date of hearing is 17th October 2025. In this view of this, Mr. Akhilesh Singh, learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Considering the statement made by Ms. Bhosale and the nature of allegations made by the victim, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of eight months from the date this order is presented before the Trial Court.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. 4.

Permission to withdraw is granted, with the aforesaid liberty.

The bail application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
