This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.166 of 2025 registered at Satara city Police Station, Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(1), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3,7, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act.

On 20.02.2025, the co-accused in the present crime were apprehended on the suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. However, during the course of investigation, it was found that the co-accused were hired by the present applicant to commit the murder of Dhiraj Dhane.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that except the statement of co-accused, there is no other material in relation to the allegations made against the present applicant. 6.

Learned APP for the respondent/State submits that the applicant is involved in two more crimes of serious nature. It is submitted that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may not be released on bail.

In absence of any admissible incriminating evidence against the applicant, I am inclined to release him on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 166 of 2025 registered at Satara City Police Station, Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(1), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3,7, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
