Heard Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent. 2.

When the matter is called out Advocate for Applicant is not present. Application is filed seeking bail but a praecipe is moved urgently on medical grounds. Applicant is incarcerated in an offence under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) and 489(D) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC').

Advocate has stated that Applicant needs immediate medical attention in view of his medical condition considering that he is a disabled person.

In that view of the matter, concerned Chief Medical Officer of the prison in which Applicant is incarcerated is directed to examine the medical condition of Applicant and file an appropriate report stating the extent of his disability, as also his medical ailment /

Let the report be submitted within a period of one week from today. Advocate for Applicant is directed to place a copy of this order before the Jail Authorities for compliance.
