Considering compliance of order dated 15.04.2025, report dated 22.04.2025 is placed before the Court by learned APP. 4.

It is prima facie, seen that Applicant before me is certified to be 55% permanently disabled orthopedically.

Disability Certificate is also appended to the Report as stated therein. The details of the disability have been stated therein and long incarceration of Applicant for past more than three years impels the Court to consider the case of Applicant on out of turn basis for hearing of the Bail Application. The Bail Application is filed on 07.04.2025.
