The learned Advocate for the applicant has invited my attention to the order dated 18th October 2024, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, whereby the Applicant's application for bail was rejected. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the present bail application, the co-accused in the trial have been released on bail solely on the ground of delay in completion of the trial. The learned Advocate, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Sessions Judge, seeking bail on the ground of parity with the co-accused. 2.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
