By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.165 of 2023 registered with Wakad Police Station, District Pune. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No.1100 of 2023 and is pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. 3.

Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has circulated a praecipe dated 20th August, 2025 seeking withdrawal of the present Bail Application of filing fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted vide order dated 20th August, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1884 of 2024. 4.

Request made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected to by Mr. T. G. Khan. In view of the statements made in the Gayatri Shimpi
