By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.9 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 452, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Sections 37(3)(1) r/w 135 of the Mumbai Police Act and 4/25 of the Arms Act in Sessions Case No. 270 of 2023 pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, District Nashik.

Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has circulated a praecipe dated 20th August, 2025 seeking withdrawal of the present Bail Application of filing fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted vide order dated 20th August, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1884 of 2024. Request made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected to by Mr. T. G. Khan.
