Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned SPP. 2.

The learned SPP, on instructions, submit that prosecution is not going to examine 72 witnesses.

Considering the submissions of the learned SPP, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file fresh Application, after examination of 25 witnesses or after six months which ever is earlier, if there is no progress in the trial.
