Mr. Taha, learned Counsel for the Applicant has tendered an order dated 17th January 2025. He submits that he was not aware of the said order, and therefore, wishes to place the same on record. The said order is taken on record. 2.

By order dated 24th April 2025, the victim was impleaded as party Respondent to the present application and the Investigating Officer was directed to depute a responsible 9th September 2025

24-BA-1623-2025.DOC officer to get appropriate instructions from Respondent No. 2 as to whether she requires legal aid representation to espouse her cause.

Ms. Tidke, learned APP states that Respondent No. 2 is served through the Investigating Officer and she has conveyed that she requires representation through legal aid. Accordingly, Ms. Keral Mehta, learned Advocate is requested to represent Respondent No. 2 and espouse her cause in the present application. A copy of the present order be conveyed to the Adv. Keral Mehta.

The Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the present Bail Application along with annexures to Adv. Keral Mehta to facilitate her to take instructions.
