After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Khushal Parmar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Mr. Munde, on instructions, stated that the charges are framed and the examination-in-chief of one witness is over and the cross-examination of the said witness remains. In all there are 14 witnesses which the prosecution intends to examine. Since the recording of evidence has already commenced, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. 5.
The present Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
