By the present Application, Applicant are seeking bail in connection with FIR No. 1675/2023, registered with Phaltan Road Police Station, Satara. Bail Application No. 52/2025 filed by the Applicants was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Phaltan by order dated 24th March 2025.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP for the State submits that chargesheet has been filed on 25th April 2025. She further submits that filing of the chargesheet is a change circumstance and it would be appropriate that the Applicants file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court.

Mr. Bansode, learned advocate for the Applicants on Harish

32-BA-1630-2025.odt instructions from both the Applicants submits that leave be granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to move a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court in view of the change in circumstance (i.e. filing of the chargesheet). He states that the Application would be filed within a period of ten days from today. Leave granted. Applicants are at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court. In the event such Application is filed the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to make endeavor to decide the said Bail Application expeditiously. 4.
