After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Ms. Sana Khan, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

Since the charges are framed on 28th March 2025, the Trial is requested to record the statement of the Complainant within a period of one month from today. Further, considering the sensitivity of the matter, the Trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
