Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that Crime No.871 of 2024 was registered at Wakad Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the IPC and is pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

Applicant was arrested on 29th October, 2024 and his Bail Application No.918 of 2025 was rejected by the Additional Sessions Gayatri Shimpi
19-BA-1661-2025.doc Judge, Pune by order dated 6th March, 2025.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State does not object to the request made by Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Leave to withdraw with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of a change in circumstances is granted. If such an Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
Criminal Bail Application No.1661 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
