Heard Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Advocate through VC alongwith Mr. Parkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Venegavkar, learned Special PP for Respondent No.1 - State. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 15.04.2025, medical report dated 16.04.2025 has been received in a sealed envelope. The same is opened by the Court. The contents of the said report are read by the Court. Copy of the said report is directed to give to the learned Advocate for Applicant.

After goring through the said report, learned Advocate for Applicant has taken instructions from the Applicant and persuaded the Court to allow him to withdraw the present Bail Application with leave and liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court for bail.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the Application, said leave and liberty is granted and present Application is allowed to be withdrawn. Needless to state that filing of the present Application for bail will not be an impediment for Applicant to move the learned Sessions Court for grant of bail in accordance with law. 5.

Considering the medical condition of the Applicant, the learned Sessions Court may consider his Application for bail if filed, as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law. 6.

Bail Application is disposed as withdrawn.
