After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Ms. Roshni Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, once the statement of the victim is recorded before the Trial Court.
