Heard Ms. Yerra, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant is indicted and arrested in offence punishable under Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act') and is in prison for past 13 months. 3.

Ms. Yerra would inform the Court that there has been no recovery effected from the conscious possession of Applicant save and except the prosecution case against Applicant being that he was found to be present in the premises from which the alleged contraband namely 122.500 kilograms of Mephedrone was seized. 4.

She would inform the Court that Applicant has no nexus whatsoever to the said premises in question either. There are total

Learned APP appearing in the matter shall ascertain the veracity of submissions made by learned Advocate for Applicant and accordingly apprise the precise role of Applicant in the present crime on the next adjourned date when this Bail Applicant shall be heard by the Court.
