Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind bars for more than three years and the FSL report is not received in three years.

The Investigating Officer is directed to make enquiry with the FSL Authority and try to collect the FSL report. 5.

In this case, the applicant is behind bars for more than three years. The FSL authority is requested to give FSL report as early as possible to the Investigating Officer.
