CORAM:

DATED:
7th May, 2026 PC:- 1.
Yesterday all these three applications were heard. During the course of hearing, it was informed to this court that in all three cases grounds of arrest are not furnished. This Court 7th May 2026
903-BA-1768-2025 W BA-1670-2025 W BA-1725-2025 therefore has shown its inclination to allow all these three applications. However when this Court went through the record, it was revealed that grounds of arrest were duly communicated to the Applicant in B.A. No. 1768 of 2025. Since the bail was sought only on the basis of non providing of the grounds of arrest and as it is revealed that the said grounds may not be available for the said Applicant, this Court thought it appropriate to place all three matter together for hearing again. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant in B.A. No. 1768 of 2025 argued on merit.
3.
Learned Special P. P. though made submission, she seek time to make further submission.
4.
