The medical report dated 02.05.2025 of the Applicant prepared by Chief Medical Report of Mumbai Central Prison is placed before the Court and the same is taken on record. 5.

Perusal of the said report shows that current health condition of Applicant is stable however he continues to suffer from peri anal pain and pus discharge for which he requires surgery for complete resolution and in the immediate past he has been referred to Sir JJ Hospital.
