He points out to the order passed by this Court dated 30th November 2022 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2776 of 2022 and order dated 20th January, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 4166 of 2023 and submits that the Applicant would be entitled to bail on the ground of parity.
