By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 164 of 2024 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Section 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
After hearing the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined, Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application Talwalkar
25.BA1683.2025.odt with liberty to file fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. 4.
Leave granted to withdraw the present Application. Applicant is always at liberty to apply before the learned Trial Court by way of fresh application in the event of change in circumstances.
