Accordingly, the Jail Superintendent has filed Affidavit indicating medical reports of the Applicant which is averred in the Application has been given proper treatment.

Today, Ms.Malhotra, learned APP seeks time to take instructions from the Investigating Officer. Time granted. 3.

Let the updated medical health status regarding current health status of the Applicant be called for from the Prison Authorities within a period of 8 days from today. 4.
