By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 33 of 2025 registered with Narayangaon Police Station, Pune. Said crime was registered as RCC No.110 of 2025 and tried by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Junnar 3.
Mr. Surendra Choudhari, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. P. H. Gaikwad, learned APP for the State submit that the Applicant has been convicted in RCC No.110 of 2025. They submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Junnar, vide order dated 22nd May, 2025, has awarded conviction to the Applicant.
